Jewelry Presentation Favorites

Sieraden Presentatie Favorieten

For fellow creators: my favorite items for an eye-catching jewelry stand

You put a lot of love and time into making your jewelry or handmade products – then, of course, you want your presentation to be just as strong.

Whether you’re at a market, hosting a pop-up or setting up a small booth for a fair, the right setup will make your jewelry really stand out. In this blog I share my personal jewelry presentation favorites – tested and approved during different markets like the Kudelfair.

This blog is written especially for you as a (starting) creator or creative entrepreneur looking for practical tips and beautiful materials for your market presentation. For some products I share affiliate links – but only to items I often use myself and am really excited about.

The basics
🧺 Jewelry presentation favorites: the neutral table setting

The beige tablecloth is the base of all my jewelry presentation favorites – neutral, stylish and always matching my setup. Hey tablecloth is 260×145 cm and super versatile because you can use it both lengthwise and widthwise depending on the size of the table. I also use this sheet when presenting my jewelry on a 2 meter table.

💡 Table Runner with Logo: For a Professional Touch
I had my table runner with logo made at Vistaprint. I don’t always use it, but at this fair it matched the rest of the setup perfectly. It provides instant recognition and makes your brand visible without the need for an extra sign with your logo on it. The size I got is 200x80cm.

📦 White Wooden Crates
The white crates are very handy to first of all transport your things in and also nice to present jewelry on. I also sometimes turn them over and then I put a nice plant on the inside or I partially present the jewelry in here.

White fruit boxes – set of 3, ideal for presentation and transport.

🎨 Placemats in My House Style color
The placemats were really a great find. The color matches my corporate identity perfectly. The rounded corners give a soft look. This way you create separate focal points for your jewelry.

Mint-colored placemats – stylish, playful and functional.

Favorite Displays and Visibility

🪞 Jewelry presentation favorites: matte transparent & mint green displays
For me, indispensable within my jewelry presentation favorites: transparent and velour displays that really let the jewelry speak for itself. My favorite jewelry displays are made of matte transparent material. This way I can always mix and match different shapes and it always goes together. And the attention goes to the jewelry which I think is the most important thing. Another display that I like to use in combination with slate base plates/supports are the mint green velour displays from Westpack. The square block and rectangular block are my favorites

✨ Matt transparent displays – sleek and minimalist.
🌿 Mint green velour displays – soft, stylish and in my color palette.

📏 Jewelry presentation favorites: table risers for better visibility
Not always needed, but a permanent fixture in my jewelry presentation favorites: table risers. At this local fair I didn’t need them but I always bring them, table risers. Sometimes the tables are so low and it’s important that people can see the jewelry well. At the Christmas fair I attend every year I always use them. Always ask about the height and plan your presentation based on that as well, that way you are well prepared.
