Cobaja goldsmith studio naturally strives to provide optimal service for all its products, services and shipping. If the product does not meet your requirements and you wish, for whatever reason, to exchange or return it, you may do so, as stated in our terms and conditions of delivery, within 14 days of receipt, giving reasons. Please email info@cobaja.nl in advance so that I ( Jenny ) am aware of what you would like to exchange and return and can discuss this with you in advance. Jewelry that is specially commissioned for you cannot be returned.

You have another 14 days to return your product after the return notification. You will then be credited the order amount excluding shipping costs. Return shipping costs from your home to the online store are at your own expense.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. Your product from Cobaja goldsmith studio is thus unused, clean, complete, undamaged, in original packaging and sufficiently stamped.

You can do this by sending an e-mail to info@cobaja.nl with the subject line “Return. Upon receipt of your email, I ( Jenny ) will confirm your return. The cost of returning your order will be borne by consumer. Send the package neatly packaged and registered to:

Notification and receipt of your return will be confirmed by email within 2-3 business days. Upon receipt of your return, I ( Jenny ) will credit your return.
