Silver Leaf For The Heart – a tangible reminder from nature

Sometimes during a hike you just come across something that stays with you. During a walk with my little son, we found some very nice leaves. What I didn’t know then: those leaves would later form the basis for a new piece of jewelry. And so it began – with the very first design: the silver Leaf For The Heart pendant.

A leaf that sticks
As a goldsmith, I prefer to be inspired by nature. So I decided to capture one of the leaves I liked best in silver – just the way it was. Or at least: as well as possible. Every grain, unevenness and detail had to be preserved.

The meaning behind the pendant:
For me, this leaf is a memory of a walk with my son in his early years – and of our home, Kudelstaart.
For me, this represents peace, connection and creativity. But what it means for you, I like to leave to you. That’s what I love about jewelry: it only gets real meaning when it’s worn.

About the making process and pre-order:
Each pendant is handmade in my studio in Kudelstaart. Because I am working with a pre-order system, you can order the pendant between May 3 and May 5, 2025. And shipping will be in two rounds: between May 14 and 17, and on May 28.
