A Tahiti Keshi pearl is created by chance in the Tahiti oyster when the oyster spits out the inserted core, but still continues to form pearls. Thus, the Tahiti oyster always produces a pearl or a Keshi. The organic shapes of the Keshi pearls are also the equal centerpiece of a piece of jewelry, for simplicity is then what graces the design.
