The delivery and payment conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements. When you place an order, you agree to the Terms of Cobaja goudsmid atelier Chamber of Commerce number 60102462.

Return or exchange
Do you want to return or exchange products that you dont like, please notify us within 14 days of receipt
You notify Cobaja goudsmid atelier via an email to info@cobaja.nl, or by phone of the products you want to return or exchange.
Afther the notification you have 14 days to return the product.
You will receive the purchase price excluding shipping costs within 14 days paid into your account.
Please note, damaged products can be returned, but the damage is passed on to the consumer.
